The principles for service that works in the Real Estate business

In the Real Estate business in order to survive you must excel in something, and one of the key components (that most of the time is not even measure) to make a huge difference is the service. That is why I am going to explain the most important service principles that will make a difference for your clients.

1.- The habit of quality must replace the old believes of quality seen as an isolated act.

2.- Measure according with the specifications previously established.

3.- Isolated efforts does not help in quality, it needs to become a system.

4.- The customer needs must be constantly anticipated and met.

5.Give freedom of action to all employees who have to deal with customers, for example, they must have authority to address their complaint.

6.To Ask to the customers what they want and give it to them immediately, in order to bring them back.

7.- The fulfillment of you word is always expected for your customer, "deliver more and promise less" must be your service mantra.

8.- The incentives for you employees must make them feel like partners, the explicit recognition of their efford is important in a culture of quality.

10.- It is important to know who are the best in your area so you can adopt their systems and once in place improve them for your own benefit.

11. If a client become clear about the things they don't like will help to create an open environment to address areas of improvements.

12. Leaving your client waiting for service will make him to unnoticed everything else.

If you follow this simple steps your client will perceive the quality on your service and that will make a huge difference in their experience.

Remember that in order to implement a system that can create constant improvements you need to set goals and measure them with a consistent and reliable set of data, otherwise you can be destroying the system instead of creating a better solution, remember that the key is to know the difference between causes and effects.
